Month of coordination is for the couples that have all vendors booked but don’t want to stress with finalizations and would like to have the help with vendor management along with timeline creation, including day of coordination for a beautifully executed wedding day! We will review your details and handle logistics to help ease your mind in your planning process. We will work to make sure all of your plans and vendors are in place, helping you finalize the details. Final walkthrough, rehearsal and day of coordination is included in this package.

DAY OF COORDINATION.

Our day of coordination services starts 2 weeks out from your wedding date through your big day as we want to ensure what you have planned will be executed smoothly.
This package is for the couples who have details, planning, timeline and vendors down pat and just need a smooth day of execution. We will be there to ensure all your needs are met, being the vendor liaison the day of and learn to understand all the help that is needed to ensure the day goes smoothly!
We want to take the time to get to know you, your needs, your vision and any challenges you may still face that we can help with. We will use this time to go over your timeline, provide expert advice and ensure you are all set with all of your vendors and wedding day logistics. The venue final walkthrough and rehearsal are included. Day of set-up and tear-down are in our hands!
SEMI-PLANNING.
This package has services starting from the moment you book with us through your big day! This package offerings and pricing will be adjusted and customized to reflect the time that we start working with you to ensure we meet your budget and your needs.
At our initial consultation call, we can determine how much effort you will need from us and this will determine the package pricing starting at $5200 for 1 year out of planning. Whether you have a handle on vendors but need a little bit of hand holding throughout the planning process to ease some stress or if you need help sourcing and booking vendors, we can help with it all!
Our semi-planning service is for the couples that have their wedding vision designed but need help with organization, time management and assistance with finding key vendors as well as vendor management. We’ll serve as the main contact for your wedding leading up to your big day and we’ll provide support & implement your ideas while you stay fully in command of logistics.
We will also be your soundboard for your designs and vision throughout your planning process!
Month of and day of coordination is included.

Our Promise
We believe in being as transparent with pricing as possible since we know how stressful (and pricey) weddings can get!
All bookings will require a non-refundable deposit that will go towards your full balance to secure the event date, which will be discussed in the initial call. There will be no additional charges unless discussed in our initial consultation call and will be reflected in your contract before you sign unless additional services are added and agreed upon.
*Some venues that require a walkthrough and full timeline a month out from wedding date will require the month of coordination package. (Example: Brentsville Hall – Manassas, VA, etc.)

Wedding Services A La Carte:
Setup & Breakdown only. – $1000
*All of our wedding packages include setup & breakdown.
This a la carte service is for the couples that do not need month of or day of coordinator services and only need wedding coordinators to setup all wedding provided items by the couple. The coordinators will return at wedding end time to help breakdown and gather & consolidate items.
Wedding Rehearsal Coordinator only. – $200
*All of our wedding packages include a wedding rehearsal.
This a la carte service is for the couples that do not need month of or day of coordinator services and only need a coordinator to help facilitate the wedding rehearsal only. The wedding rehearsal coordinator will do a run-through of the ceremony from processional to recessional, helping all wedding parties understand their roles, ensuring all is smooth for your wedding day!
Vietnamese Tea Ceremony Coordination only. – $600
*This is an add-on service
This a la carte service is for the couples that are hosting a Vietnamese or Chinese tea ceremony and looking for a coordinator. We do NOT emcee but will be there throughout your tea ceremony to coordinate the groom’s side entering the bride’s side, the tea ceremony and the lunch afterwards.
